I am so passionate and committed to ProfitFirst because from when I was a small child, I saw how hard my self-employed parents worked. Long hours, evenings, weekends. But did they get rich? No, they made a living and got by. However hard they worked, profit never seemed to end up in their pockets. Don't get me wrong, we didn't starve! In fact, we had a very good life, BUT it could have been so much better had ProfitFirst been 'invented' then. It may have been, but only the successful businesses, financial consultants, and accountants knew how it worked, and they weren't in a rush to tell everyone.
